About create_post
- Batches: "schedule next week's five posts" takes one confirmation.
- Next free slot:
next_slotpicks the first free time among the channel's preferred posting times. Posts in the same request spread across different times. - Media links: image and video links are copied into Mottom's storage, so the post still publishes if the original link disappears.
- Character limits: text over a platform's limit is refused before any post is created, with what to fix.
- Preview: each post comes back with a private preview link showing how it will look.
In workspaces with approval turned on, scheduled posts wait for approval.
