What assistants see​

When you connect Claude or ChatGPT, the assistant can access, when you ask and only for the workspaces you allow: channel names and connection status, posts, schedules, approval status and analytics.

What they never see​

  • Your social media passwords and platform access tokens.
  • Mottom does not read or store your conversations with the assistant. It only handles the requests the assistant sends.

You stay in control​

  • Choose read-only when connecting and the assistant can't create or publish anything.
  • The assistant asks for your confirmation before anything that creates, changes, publishes or deletes.
  • If a workspace requires approval, posts the assistant schedules wait for approval too.
  • Revoke access anytime in Settings; unused connections expire on their own after 90 days.
