Agencies and clients

In Mottom, every client is a workspace. A client's channels, posts, media and calendar are only visible in that workspace, so clients never mix.

Add a client

From the workspace switcher in the sidebar, choose Add client. Then connect that client's channels.

Switch between clients

Use the same switcher. Mottom reopens the page with the chosen client's data.

Invite your team

On Team, invite teammates and set their roles. Admins can change settings and approval rules; members draft content and send it for review.

With AI assistants

When you connect Claude or ChatGPT and choose All my workspaces, one connection works with every client. Just name the client in the chat: "Show next week's posts for North Brew".
